YOUR TASKS
Supporting the management through operational management of the technical sales team (internal sales)
Evaluation, prioritisation and internal allocation of customer inquiries in close coordination with sales management
Supporting procedural and organisational aspects from the initial contact to the preparation of the offer
Monitoring and adherence to superior deadlines and milestones in quotation processes
Participation in the technical development of system concepts, if necessary also through clarification at the customer's site
Technical review and plausibility check of offers and ensuring efficient operational processes in the sales team
Supporting the interface between technical and commercial sales (software tools for calculation)
Supporting colleagues in long-term customer retention
Reporting to the "Sales & Marketing" management and taking over the deputy sales management after appropriate training
your profile
Completed technical university degree (e.g. in mechanical engineering, process engineering or similar) or economic-technical university degree (e.g. industrial engineering with a technical focus); alternatively a completed apprenticeship with a comparable focus
Knowledge in the application of (process engineering) process flow diagrams
Interest in the further development of software tools (programming skills an advantage, but not required)
Experience in project work or project management in plant engineering
High level of communication skills, decision-making competence and leadership talent
Goal-oriented, strategic and structured way of working as well as a quick grasp of things
Willingness to travel internationally
Business fluent in German and English (at least language level B2)
Confident handling of Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
